Michelle was bitten with the travel bug as a youngster, traveling from the rather chilly Upstate New York to the sun, sand & surf of the Gulf Coast of Florida. She learned very early in life that she would be traveling the world to exotic and beautiful places. A bit of a jetsetter you could say. After leaving and migrating to Florida she realized that the world around her was such an amazing place! It just needed more discovery.

She began in the Travel Industry early in the 80's when Travel Agents had large tariff books and were handwriting tickets. Times sure have changed. Technology definitely has helped the industry!

In this ever changing world of travel the travel industry is forced to keep up with all the new travel trends, technology updates and changes & happenings in the world.

Reality is, technology has transformed the travel industry. It has enhanced operational efficiency, improved services and overall this has positively influenced the customer experience.
